Top 100 Metal Albums of All Time
Rolling Stones Top 100 Metal Albums of All Time, released in 2017, has Mercyful Fate’s “Melissa” Album at #17. A great honor to be among my own
all-time fave Albums. We recorded the Melissa Album in Summer of 1983 at Easy Sound Recordings in Copenhagen. Album was released on October 30th that same year via Roadrunner Records.
King Diamond wrote all lyrics and myself composing all the songs, we were on to something that led to another classic Album “Don’t Break The Oath” released in September of 1984.
